Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Note on Final Sale Items: Certain premium clearance items and custom-ordered formal shoes may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. These will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all documentation. Affix the provided return label (for US customers) or follow international return shipping instructions.

Once received, our quality team will inspect your return within 3-5 business days. You’ll receive email confirmation when your refund or exchange is processed.
Refund Information
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within:
- Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchange Policy
For size exchanges on our premium men’s footwear:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once the original is received
- No additional shipping charges for US exchanges
- International customers pay only the return shipping
- If the desired size isn’t available, we’ll process a refund
Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns
For our global clientele (excluding some remote areas in Asia):
